Shipping Policy

Orvani Timepieces LLC is headquartered in the United States. Our watches are manufactured and fulfilled through a partner manufacturer based in China — a deliberate business model that allows us to maintain direct quality control over every timepiece while offering competitive pricing without intermediary markups. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered worldwide. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving your confirmed payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed and dispatched within the next 1–2 business days.
  • During peak periods (holiday sales, new product launches), processing may take up to 2–3 business days. We will notify you of any delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

2. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options on all orders. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in China, and delivery times below are estimated from the date of dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping (7–10 business days): Available on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Express Shipping (3–5 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee. Significantly faster transit time for time-sensitive orders. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Delivery to remote areas, islands, or regions with limited carrier coverage may require additional transit time beyond the estimates shown above.

3. Delivery Estimates by Region

We ship to customers worldwide from our fulfillment center in China. All regions are served with the same shipping options. Estimated delivery times below are from the date of dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

These estimates apply to all supported destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and other internationally accessible regions.

These estimates are provided as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. Transit times may vary based on local carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

3a. Shipping Restrictions

We only ship to countries that are internationally accessible and free of active trade sanctions or shipping restrictions. We do not ship to:

  • Countries subject to international trade sanctions (including those sanctioned by the United States, European Union, United Nations, or United Kingdom — such as Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia, and Belarus)
  • Active conflict zones or regions where carrier services are suspended or severely disrupted
  • Regions where delivery cannot be reliably guaranteed by our carriers

If you are unsure whether your country is supported, please contact us at info@orvanitimepieces.com before placing your order. Orders placed to restricted destinations will be cancelled and fully refunded.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Since all orders ship from China, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee at checkout.

  • We are required by law to declare the full and accurate value of all goods on customs declarations. We do not mark packages as "gift" or undervalue shipments to reduce customs fees.
  • All Orvani products are legally manufactured in China and exported in full compliance with applicable Chinese export regulations and the import laws of the destination country.
  • If a package is held by customs, it is your responsibility to contact the relevant customs office and arrange clearance.
  • If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, any re-delivery or return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

5. Shipment Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, the carrier handling your shipment, and a link to track your package in real time.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@orvanitimepieces.com.

6. Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orvani Timepieces LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
  • We are unable to redirect a package to a new address once it has been shipped.
  • If your package is shown as "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and building management, then contact the carrier directly. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for 21 or more business days after dispatch, your package may be lost in transit. Please contact us at info@orvanitimepieces.com so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Once a lost shipment is confirmed, we will either reship your order (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, at your preference.

8. Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including high-volume periods, severe weather events, carrier disruptions, international customs delays, or public health events. Orvani Timepieces LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Packaging

Every Orvani timepiece is shipped in our signature branded packaging, which includes a protective watch box, cushion insert, and outer shipping box designed to protect your watch during transit.

If you notice visible damage to the outer shipping box upon delivery, please photograph it before opening and note the damage on any carrier delivery receipt. This will help if a damage claim needs to be filed.

10. Product Authenticity & Legal Compliance

Orvani Timepieces LLC designs and sells original, proprietary timepieces created exclusively under our own brand. Every watch sold through our store is genuine Orvani merchandise — not a replica, counterfeit, or unauthorized copy of any third-party brand, trademark, or patented design.

  • All Orvani watch designs, product names, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Orvani Timepieces LLC.
  • Our products bear no third-party brand markings, trademarks, or logos. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by any luxury or heritage watch brand.
  • All goods are legally manufactured in China and exported in full compliance with applicable regulations. We do not sell gray-market, stolen, or sanctioned goods.
  • We declare the full and accurate value and nature of all shipments on customs documentation. We do not misrepresent the contents, origin, or value of any package.
