Shipping Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026We know you're excited to receive your Orvani timepiece. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders — both within the United States and internationally. Please review it carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of receiving your confirmed payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
- During peak periods (holiday sales, new product launches), processing may take up to 3–4 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the contiguous United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Available on all orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee. Rates are calculated based on destination and package weight.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available on select orders. Must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day. Not available on weekends or holidays.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories may take additional transit time. Express shipping may not be available to all territories.
3. International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
General estimated delivery times (after processing) by region:
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
- Asia & Middle East: 10–20 business days
- Latin America: 14–25 business days
- Africa: 15–30 business days
These estimates are provided as guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. Transit times may vary based on local carrier conditions, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee at checkout.
- We are required by law to declare the full value of goods on customs forms. We do not mark packages as "gift" or undervalue orders to reduce customs fees.
- If a package is held by customs, it is your responsibility to contact the relevant customs office and arrange clearance.
- If a package is refused or abandoned at customs, any re-delivery or return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
5. Shipment Tracking
Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, the carrier handling your shipment, and a link to track your package in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orvani Timepieces LLC is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
- We are unable to redirect a package to a new address once it has been shipped.
- If your package is shown as "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and building management, then contact the carrier directly. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows no movement for 7 or more business days (domestic) or 21 or more business days (international), your package may be lost in transit. Please contact us at so we can open a claim with the carrier.
Once a lost shipment is confirmed, we will either reship your order (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, at your preference.
8. Shipping Delays
While we do everything possible to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including high-volume periods, severe weather events, carrier disruptions, international customs delays, or public health events. Orvani Timepieces LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Packaging
Every Orvani timepiece is shipped in our signature branded packaging, which includes a protective watch box, cushion insert, and outer shipping box designed to protect your watch during transit.
If you notice visible damage to the outer shipping box upon delivery, please photograph it before opening and note the damage on any carrier delivery receipt. This will help if a damage claim needs to be filed.
