All orders are fulfilled from our partner manufacturer in China. Orvani Timepieces LLC is headquartered in Wyoming, USA, and we work directly with our production team to maintain quality control from design to delivery.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days worldwide. Express delivery (3–5 business days) is also available at checkout.

Yes — every Orvani timepiece is an original design created exclusively by our in-house design team. We do not replicate, copy, or rebadge any third-party brand or luxury watch. Every dial, case, and detail is drawn from scratch and carries our name because we built it ourselves.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@orvanitimepieces.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Every Orvani timepiece comes with a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If anything goes wrong, reach out to us at info@orvanitimepieces.com and we'll make it right.

Depending on the model, our watches are powered by Japanese quartz movements (Miyota 2035 or Miyota 6P00) or the Seiko NH35 Japanese automatic mechanical movement. All movement details are listed on each product page.
